Why DarnaCloud

Your IT environment works as one system.

A failed workstation can expose an incomplete backup. New software may require more storage, a different network, or new access controls. DarnaCloud connects these issues and addresses each priority within a documented scope.

  1. 01

    Understand the business

Technology is selected according to the work it needs to support.

  2. 02

    Work by priority

The first engagement addresses a specific need using agreed criteria.

  3. 03

    Document every change

Access, configuration, responsibilities, and the next review remain clear.

Who we help

Structured technical support for small businesses.

DarnaCloud primarily works with teams of 2 to 50 people, with or without an internal IT resource. The engagement depends on the systems, access, data, and level of support required.

Common situations

  • Manual backups or recovery that has never been tested
  • Recurring workstation or network incidents
  • Opening or modernizing an office
  • Records scattered across paper, spreadsheets, and messaging apps

Business profiles

  • Medical, accounting, and legal practices
  • Agencies and professional services firms
  • Pharmacies and organized retailers
  • Small industrial businesses

How an engagement works

Four steps, each ending with a clear decision.

Every engagement is sized according to the environment we observe. The quotation states the workload, exclusions, responsibilities, and price.

  1. 01

    Assessment

Business, team, data, equipment, and the most urgent issue.

  2. 02

    Scope and quotation

Included work, responsibilities, required access, and pricing.

  3. 03

    Implementation

Work is completed within the agreed scope and tracked against defined criteria.

  4. 04

    Report

Outcome, relevant configuration, observed gaps, and the next decision.

Local backup first

Primary data stays within the business.

The architecture prioritizes a local copy on equipment controlled by the client. An encrypted secondary copy can be added according to risk, budget, and the agreed scope.

A solution adapted to your environment.

The solution is selected after inventory, based on the systems to protect, data volume, recovery needs, security, and operational constraints.

  • Working data stays on the company’s systems.
  • The local copy stays on equipment controlled by the client.
  • The secondary copy is optional, encrypted, and defined in the contract.
  • Recovery is handled as a separate exercise.

Verify recovery

A completed job does not prove that files can be recovered.

  1. 01

    Back up

Check sources, volume, duration, and job result.

  2. 02

    Verify

Review alerts, record errors, and confirm that the expected scope is present.

  3. 03

    Recover

Plan a separate exercise, measure the observed time, and document any gaps.

Service scope
Priorities, timelines, and follow-up arrangements are documented in the scope and quotation.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before we begin.

Scope, data, tools, price, and responsibilities are documented before every engagement.

What services do you provide?

DarnaCloud provides managed backup, IT support, website creation and maintenance, hardware installation, business software projects, and technical IT audits. Every requirement is scoped and priced before work begins.

Where does the primary data stay?

On the company’s systems. A local copy can be stored on equipment controlled by the client. An encrypted secondary copy is added only when required and included in the contract.

Do you verify recovery?

Recovery verification is organised separately from the backup job. Its scope, frequency, and criteria are agreed with the client, and observed results are documented.

Which backup solution do you use?

The solution is selected after inventorying the systems that need protection. Recovery, monitoring, security, cost, and operational workload all inform the decision.

Do you provide on-site support?

Yes. Remote support is available throughout Morocco. On-site visits are arranged according to the location, travel requirements, schedule, and agreed scope.

How do you set the price and scope?

Pricing is set after assessment. The quotation lists equipment, users, included tasks, exclusions, and responsibilities.

Who owns the accounts, domains, and data?

The client does. Accounts used for email, hosting, domains, and business tools remain under client control, with required technical access clearly defined.

Can you deploy Odoo, a CRM, or document management?

Yes, following an assessment. DarnaCloud scopes the process, data, software, architecture, access, and backup before implementation.

Does an audit guarantee compliance with Morocco’s Law 09-08?

No. A technical review can identify gaps and prepare an action plan. It is not legal advice, certification, or a data protection officer service.
